Okay, be honest, when you see a pic like this - what comes to mind ???

.

.

And don't even try to say that some of you didn't think "holy crap, look at those feathers - just think of how many flies one of those could tie" !!!

Personally, I was wondering how they would taste ???

Sometimes I just love when a plan comes together...  In this case, I took my truck in today (3 days in advance of the warranty expiring) and got an overall service completed...  They FOUND two things wrong with the tie-rods which are covered under warranty & the work is going to be completed tomorrow morning FREE OF CHARGE !!!  Yehaaaaaaaaaaa !!!

:D

Does it say "MADE OF MONEY" on my forehead? I'm ready to tell them to keep the $%^#$%^ing thing! Man when it rains it poors. I may have to sell my camper. The stupid truck is STILL in the shop!

Man, i can't wait for ice out.

Jeremy.  BEST idea you have had in ages!! If I was you I'd have about 9 drinks!!!  After following the saga of your FORD truck for the past few weeks ( which I have to admit) entertained the hell out of me!!!!  I would drive it onto the ICE, let it sink, cut your loses, and buy a Chevy!!

Jeremy those are all joys of owning a Ford. My repairs have totalled over $20000 and now another brake caliper has broken ( that makes 4 of them replaced) and the rear pinion seal is leaking again.  Truck just has to get me thru this year then next spring be a new Duramax for this boy. And before our esteemed collegue potsy chimes in, I will state I have never porported myself to be the brightest bulb in the vanity and hence why I bought the Ford!

From what I am reading "FIX OR REPAIR DAILY" and "FOUND ON ROAD DEAD" seem to be good acronyms !!!  It almost makes me sick to see how much you guys have had to fork out !!!  Kind of count my blessings that I bought a Chevy !!!

Well boys, now I know how ya'all feel !!!  And I own a Chev !!!  I just turned a $79.95 routine All Point Check / with oil & lube into a $582.60 bill !!!  And I saved over $300.00 in warranty work !!!  Amazing how much it costs to fix one little Air Cooler Line from the Rad to the Transmission Cooler !!!  That does it, I'm buying a Bicycle !!!

Well new Ping putter and Taylormade driver followed me home yesterday. Come on spring!

And just for good measure and to piss off a Liberal, stopped at the gunshop and brought home a nice little 410 pump shotgun. Ruffies best be on the lookout this fall.

WHAT ???  You don't use a 22 Cal with Buckshot Load for Ruffies Whitewater ???  Now that would be more sporting, don't you think ???

The Tim Hortons BRIER starts today - any predictions on who's going to win it this year ???  My bet is on Alberta, but Ontario / Manitoba & Newfoundland, to mention but three, all have proven teams !!!
