Snipe Lake Campground which is located at the north east side of the lake. This campground has 15 unservices sites, playground for the kids, a boat launch with a $5 launch fee(cash only), two fish cleaning stations, and unserviced washrooms. Once you turn east from the Sunset House highway it soon turns into oilfield road and can be messy when it rains.

Snipe Lake South Shore Resort campground is located straight ease of the old Sunset House Store. This road is easy to travel is it is kept by the M.D.  There is one boat dock up and running which will allow you to fish comfortably from the dock itself. The launch is a bit shallow near the dock but didn't have too much trouble with my 18'deep hull This launch charges $8 to launch. . There aren't any serviced sites however there are lake side sites and there are 120 sites in total including seasonal sites. They boast a playground and pich n' putt golf course. This is a new camgound so there are some portions which lack grass including the campsites and play areas. This campground accepts Some credit cards and interac.
